Hello students and parents! My name is Ric Wood and I am the Art
Instructor here at CCS. I count this ministry God has put before me a privilege and a joy, sharing the talents He has given me with others. My aim is to pass it forward to young people, giving my time and talents back to God through the hearts and minds of young people. May God be praised and students encouraged through these efforts.

A little bit about me...
• I acccepted Christ as my personal savior at the age of 23, met my wife Cindy in church and was married at 25. We have one daughter, Elisabeth, who also attends CCS.
• I attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati
• My first "art job" encounter was with a small printing company performing as a paste up artist.
• Other companies I have worked for include GE Aircraft Engines, Hasbro Toy, and a number of design firms and clients as freelance designer or illustrator.

I pray that I may encourage and inspire students to visual arts in such a way that they also see God. Pray for me to follow after the LORD in this endeavor.
